Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a Web Developer to join our IT and Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating efficient and effective web applications, as well as a track record of delivering high-quality work. In this role, you will work with a team of developers to design and develop new web applications that meet the needs of our clients and the goals of our company. We are looking for a self-starter who can work well in a collaborative environment and independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern web technologies
- Work closely with designers to ensure that web applications meet user-interface design specifications
- Develop and implement tests to ensure the quality of web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Stay abreast with latest developments in web technologies and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in web applications
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with back-end development languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Laravel, Ruby on Rails, or Django
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
