Role description:

We are seeking an experienced PHP developer, with strong Javascript skills, and prior experience with Podio CRM to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Podio CRM Development: Utilize your expertise in PHP and Javascript to develop and customize Podio CRM solutions tailored to the companys specific needs and workflows.
• Integration and Automation: Integrate Podio CRM with other business systems, tools, and third-party applications to streamline data flow and automate processes.
• API Development: Work with Podio API and other relevant APIs to create custom functionalities and enhance the overall performance of the CRM system.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Podio CRM and associated systems to maintain smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Podio CRM features and industry best practices to suggest improvements, enhancements, and new solutions to enhance the CRMs usability and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions within the companys infrastructure.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the implemented solutions and provide training and support to end-users when needed.

Requirements

• PHP Development: Proven experience in PHP development, including expertise in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Javascript: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including Javascript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX, with the ability to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Podio CRM: Demonstrable experience working with Podio CRM, understanding its capabilities, and developing custom applications and workflows within the platform.
• API Integration: Hands-on experience with integrating third-party APIs and web services, particularly with Podio API or similar CRM APIs.
• Database Skills: Proficiency in working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and the ability to write efficient SQL queries and design database schemas.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and find innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team-based environment and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining code quality.
• Adaptability: Being adaptable and open to learning new technologies and tools as the needs of the organization evolve.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or examples of previous Podio CRM projects and other relevant work will be highly regarded.
